Click here to access the ISS Athletics website.  Choose Middle Schools and then Lakeshore for information about fall, winter, and spring sports, to register an athlete and complete athletic forms, to purchase an athletic season pass, and to view our photo gallery. 

You will need to create an account in order to register your student for sports and to complete the athletic forms needed.

ALL forms must be turned in to the coach before the student can attend any practice or tryout.
