If your iPad is not working properly ~

1. Restart your iPad and log back in.

2. go see Mrs. SMith in The media center to complete a work order.

or

3. Submit a work order on your own with this link. Log in with your school email and password. Click the Create New Ticket button in the upper right corner.

Click the Create New Ticket button in the upper right corner. 

Logging in to your school email account~

 

1. Go to gmail.com

 

2. Click Sign In

 

3. Enter your email address (studentID@student.iss.k12.nc.us)

 

4. Click Next

 

5. Enter your password (same as your computer password)

 

6. Click Next
